Payment Terms and Conditions

Please note that we have recently reviewed our Payment Terms & Conditions. Our new Terms & Conditions will apply to all future Orders and Agreements.

A Minimum Order of $1000 is required to request an Open Account with Air Cleaning Specialists.

Orders under $1000 can be paid for via Credit Card, ACH/EFT, Wire Transfers or Check.

All Orders over $10,000 will require a 20% deposit.

Deposit must be received before the Order is processed with our factories.

Customers requesting Open Terms with us, will be required to have their Credit Application and Trade References sent to us before the Order is processed with our factories.

Please complaete a Credit Application & Sales Agreement and the requested information, sign and return them to confirm your receipt and acceptance. Processing of the application typically takes 3 to 5 business days once your application has been received. Open Terms with our company is subject to your Trade Reference responses.
